　愛知県警碧南署は２４日、道交法違反（無免許運転）の疑いで同県高浜市議杉浦康之容疑者（５６）＝高浜市春日町＝を現行犯逮捕した。

　逮捕容疑は２４日、運転免許の取り消し処分を受けていたのに、高浜市内の県道で軽自動車を運転した疑い。「自宅近くのガソリンスタンドで給油するところだった」と供述している。

　同署に匿名で「市議が無免許運転している」と通報があり、捜査していた。杉浦容疑者は０７年、信号無視を摘発された際、無免許の発覚をおそれて不携帯を装い、虚偽の書類を警察に提出したとして今年１０月、有印私文書偽造容疑などで書類送検されていた。
