　9月28日に、あんき会の副会長として同会長、もう一人の副会長とともに安城市議会の議長室を訪ねました。
　中央右が神谷清隆・安城市議会議長、その右どなりが近藤正俊・安城市議会副議長、中央が杉浦武雄・安城市自治基本条例を考える市民会議会長、その左となりが荻野留美子・同副会長、左端が私、榊原平です。
